Q:  How long will this battery run/last on a full charge?

 A:   A ‘realistic’ average run-time for a battery is 2 to 5 hours all depending on your laptop settings and the type of applications you run. For better battery life, make sure that your check your computer's power saving settings.

Q:  What is wHr and mAh?

 A:   wHr refers to Watt Hours. The higher the wHr the longer that the computer can run for. The wHr is a calculation of voltage and mAh. We offer the highest, safest capacities for laptop batteries available.mAh refers to Milli Amp Hours. This is the capacity of the battery. Higher mAh will hold more "juice". 

Q:  Will this High Capacity Battery work with my Laptop?

A:  Yes. This battery will fit and work with your laptop. High-capacity batteries wort at the same voltage as standard ones, they just work for a longer time.

Q:  How much is the cost of Shipping and how will it ship?

A:  Shipping is currently FREE via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail (2-3 day delivery service), to anywhere in the US and the US provinces. For international orders please see our company policies.

Q:  Do you offer overnight delivery?

A:  YES, we offer 1-2 Day USPS Express Mail and UPS Next Day Air Saver for additional shipping fees. We ship Monday - Friday. All orders received before 12PM PST are shipped on the same day.

Q:  Are these batteries new or refurbished?

A:  All of our batteries are brand new. We never sell refurbished or used batteries.

Q:  What if my part number is not listed?

A:  This list covers the majority of part numbers. If your part number does not show up, but your computer model does, the battery will fit your computer.
